DUI's Need Stronger Enforcement
My first husband and his friend got several DUI tickets but the law enforcement didn't do very much for their tickets - a small fine or just a slap on the hand. Ten years later my husband was killed on his way to a rehab center. The police didn't even take an alcohol test. Our kids were 19 and 16 and it was horrible that they had to loose their dad at that time in their lives. If law enforcement had done their job maybe he would be alive today.
