Smokefree for 6.5 Years
I started smoking when I was only 13 years old.  I smoked for 10 years.  I have now been smoke-free for 6 and a half years!  :)  I smoked a small amount when I was pregnant, luckily my son was born healthy, and is still very healthy.  I quit smoking the day my son was born.  I was driving myself to the hospital when I went into labor, and was too close to the hospital to have a cigarette.  It was the last cigarette in the last pack that I had, that I would've smoked.  I took that as a sign!   My husband still smokes, not a lot, but still... I've been trying to get him to quit, if not for himself, for his son, still to no avail. :(
